How to integrate HotLeads with a Hotmart Send form?
Follow the steps below:
- To get started, log in to Hotmart Send by clicking here.
Alternatively, from the Hotmart platform's home screen, go to the left-hand side menu and click on Marketing > Email Marketing.
- In the left-hand side menu, click on Forms.
- In the top right corner of the screen, click the blue New form button.
- Under Basic Settings, fill in all the required information until the end of the screen. Then, under Affiliate marketing, enable the sharing option with affiliates and select the product to which the form will be linked.
The form can only be linked to products that are available in the affiliate program.
Complete the form field settings and then click Save.
How to embed the Hotmart Send form, integrated with HotLeads, into a page from a third-party provider?
To embed the HotLeads form into a page from a third-party provider, go to Forms, find the form you created with the affiliate sharing option enabled, and
- Click on View code, then Copy.
- Or click to Edit the form, and in the top right corner of the screen, click Copy code.
How to add a Hotmart Send form, integrated with HotLeads, to a Hotmart Pages page?
To add the HotLeads form to a page in Hotmart Pages,
- Access the tool from the main screen of the Hotmart platform. In the left-hand side menu, click on Marketing > Page creator.
- Click Edit on the page where you want to add the HotLeads form.

- On the left sidebar, click on Add Structures and Elements.
- In Elements, select, drag, and drop the Hotmart Send Form icon onto the page.
- Click on the text Click here to set it up and, in the left sidebar, select the form you have already created in Hotmart Send. Alternatively, click on Create new form to create it directly within Hotmart Pages.
Then, publish the page so that the form becomes available.
How to integrate a third-party e-mail marketing provider with Hotmart Send?
All leads captured on the Hotmart platform, such as through the payment page, for example, will be stored in Hotmart Send, Hotmart's communication tool specifically designed for producers.
To send contact information to an external email marketing provider, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Hotmart Send by clicking here.
Alternatively, from the Hotmart platform's home screen, access the left-hand side menu and click on Marketing > Email Marketing.
- On the left-hand menu, click on Settings.
- In the top right corner of the screen, click the blue button New Integration.
- Next, select the type of integration you want
- To send data: Send collected leads to other platforms from events, or
- To receive data: Receive collected leads from other platforms and use Hotmart Send to engage and sell.
If you're using forms integrated with HotLeads, click on To send data. Identify the new integration and, under Provider, select the tool you're using. Currently, we have direct integration with ActiveCampaign. Other providers can be integrated through Zapier or via Webhook. Just follow the step-by-step configuration displayed on the screen to complete the integration. |
